JAKE Small is a justice-driven researcher, educator, and author. He has nearly a decade of experience in education leadership and consulting. He supports professionals at every level of seniority and companies across every industry to operationalize justice and build truly emancipatory policies, practices, and behaviors. JAKE is passionate about advancing education equity and focuses his research on the mattering of Black boys as a tool for academic persistence and professional success. He explores these concepts in his debut book titled "For Every Black Boy."
