Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Whitin Observatory, Wellesley Whitin Observatory, 7MWW+2X Wellesley, Massachusetts 02481

Join the Secular Society of MIT for our Carl Sagan Day outing, as we head to the Wellesley College campus for a public talk and (weather permitting) night sky telescopic viewing at the college's Whitin Observatory from 7pm to 9pm, and socialize out nearby after.
WHEN: Saturday, 2018/NOV/10, 7PM
WHERE: Whitin Observatory, Wellesley, Massachusetts
Free and open to the public. Email to coordinate.
The travel time between Wellesley and Cambridge is about an hour by road. Public transport options are available, but the best way for students to get there and back (if not driving) is using the Wellesley-Cambridge Senate bus ( details at ). Most of us will be taking the 5:10pm from 77 Massachusetts Ave, so we reach Wellesley well before 7pm. Tickets can be purchased from LaVerde's at the MIT Student Center.
