Argument Outline For Mordell's Conjecture
We will first introduce the Kodaira–Parshin family of abelian varieties over a curve of genus at least 2. Next, we will state our main result on using complex monodromy to bound rational points on curves. Finally, taking the previous statements as black boxes, we shall prove Mordell's conjecture. Time permitting, we will conclude with a short explanation of how we avoid non-simple Galois representations
