As President and CEO of Oxford Properties Group, Eric leads an $80B global real estate business that spans North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He chairs Oxford’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee and helps guide a global team of over 1,300 real estate professionals to build a resilient, high-performing portfolio on behalf of OMERS members. 

Having worked across Toronto, New York, London and Amsterdam, his career began at Morgan Stanley, where he spent over a decade working in investment banking and real estate private equity. Eric’s first stint at Oxford Properties began in 2011, and he spent over a decade at the company and became Executive Vice President, North America, to lead its largest geography by AUM and personnel.
