A symposium honoring the work of MIT-EAPS Professor Kerry Emanuel.

June 21-22, Kirsch Auditorium, Stata Center, Room 32-123
Featuring a public keynote by Professor Emanuel » 4pm, June 21

Kerry Emanuel has made fundamental contributions to several areas in the study of Earth's climate, notably related to tropical cyclones, convection, and tropical meteorology. Please join us for two-days of talks exploring past, present, and future progress in fields that Kerry has influenced. A reception and dinner in his honor will cap the end of the first day. The event will also include a poster session on the second day, in which many scientists, particularly early-career researchers, will present their work.
