About this Event
Has your anxiety level increased in the past year and a half? We are still living in a time of great uncertainty and it may sometimes feel like we don’t have much control over anything.
Come with your favorite cup of your favorite drink, or have MIT Japan Program provide a sample Japanese tea that will help you get in a ‘zen’ state of mind and join us in a guided meditation by Rev. Takafumi Zenryu Kawakami of the Shunkoin Temple in Kyoto, Japan (https://shunkoin.com/en). Learn how words can influence your senses and how Zen can help you live in the present.
